Test Details
- Mobile App: Pelago Health (Tobacco Member Portal)
- Platform: Native Mobile App (Android)
- Device: Pixel 4a
- Android Version: 35
- User Type: Tobacco Member
- Test Result: Failed at step 5 - Points display configuration error
Steps for Test
- Log in as an existing member with the following credentials:
- Email: qatest@healthcompany.com
- Password: password
- Accept any pop-ups asking to enable notifications if they appear.
- Verify that you are on the home tab.
- Navigate to the rewards tab.
- Verify that the annual redemption limit is 20000 points and that the dollar limit is the points limit divided by 100.
Test Results
The test correctly identified a configuration error where the displayed annual redemption limit (40,000 points/$400) is double the expected value (20,000 points/$200). While the dollar conversion rate is functioning correctly (points/100), the base point limit configuration is incorrect. This suggests a backend configuration issue or data mismatch that needs to be addressed to prevent user confusion and potential customer service escalations.
